On the day we received our flower piece the flowers were already fading. Next day, the piece looked terrible and the day after that we throw it out. I feel sorry for our friends who wasted money on this. It appears to me that the flowers were way past their best before date.
I bought a Teambuy coupon for $50 worth of flowers for $25 and placed an order with What a Bloom on line on April 24th for a May 10th delivery for Mothers Day. I called my mom up who received no flowers at any point over the Mothers Day weekend and then went on line into the account I had created with them to find that they show the flowers as delivered on Friday May 10th. I had her go to the neighbours to see if anything had been dropped off - but nothing. She received no call from What a Bloom either. I have spent the entire weekend calling and e-mailing their number to see what has happened with no one returning either e-mails or calls. Futhermore, I am still on hold this morning after spending 35 minutes on hold already. Their operator just keeps coming back on thanking me for my patience - which is running thin at the moment. I am disgusted - don't offer any deals for mothers day if you cannot deliver!
They rip you off, deliver late without any communication, they're impossible to get a hold of, and the flowers are mediocre. I don't suggest ever using this company.
I would never use What a Bloom again. They substituted calla lilies for carnations. I was so embarrassed when I realized that the actual bouquet looked like.
